The closing credits of the episodes are usually accompanied by an instrumental version of the theme song.
During the run of Full House, several cut versions of the original lyrics were used. Sometimes, from seasons 5 to 7, the second part ('This old world's ...') of the first verse is left out. In the 8th season the first verse was skipped completely and the theme started with the chorus.
For the sequel Fuller House, that was released on Netflix on February 26, 2016, the theme song has been upgraded. The new version is performed by Carly Rae Jepsen, who worked together with Jesse Frederick to upgrade the theme song. A subtle modern pop feel has been added and an extra verse was added. The Fuller House theme song is produced by Butch Walker.
Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh, ahhh)
Whatever happened to predictability.
The milkman, the paperboy, evening tv?
How did I get to living here?
Somebody tell me please!
This old world's confusing me.
With clouds as mean as you've ever seen
Ain't a bird who knows your tune.
Then a little voice inside you Whispers,
Kid don't sell your dreams, so soon
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a heart (There's a heart), a hand to hold onto.
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a place, of Somebody who needs you
Everywhere you look.
When you're lost out there and you're all alone,
A light is waiting to carry you home.
Everywhere you look.
Everywhere you look.

Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh, ahhh)
Whatever happened to predictability.
The milkman, the paperboy, evening tv?
You miss your old familiar friends
Waiting just around the bend
This old world's confusing me.
With clouds as mean as you've ever seen
Ain't a bird who knows your tune.
Then a little voice inside you Whispers,
Kid don't sell your dreams, so soon
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a heart (There's a heart), a hand to hold onto.
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a place, of Somebody who needs you
Everywhere you look.
When you're lost out there and you're all alone,
A light is waiting to carry you home.
Everywhere you look.
Everywhere you look.

La la la la la la la

Whatever happened to predictability?
The milkman, the paperboy, the evening tv?
How did I get delivered here? Somebody tell me please
Cause this old world is just really confusing me
Clouds as mean as you've ever seen
Ain't a bird that knows your tune
Then a little voice inside of you whispers
"Kid, don't sell your dreams so soon!"
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a heart (there's a heart), a hand to hold on to
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a face (there's a face) of somebody who needs you
Whatever happened to the good old days?
Talking to friends for hours, swore it'd never go away
Now I'm feeling a little crazy, trying to fit in with a scene
Cause how do you know where you're going, if you really don't know who you've been?
Everybody eventually
Says that they're as lost as you
So everybody shout it together
"Hey, don't sell your dreams so soon!"
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a heart (there's a heart), a hand to hold on to
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a face (there's a face) of somebody who needs you
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a heart (there's a heart), a hand to hold on to
Everywhere you look
When you're lost out there and you're all alone
A light is waiting to carry you home
Everywhere you look
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a heart (there's a heart), a hand to hold on to
Everywhere you look, everywhere you go
There's a face (there's a face) of somebody who needs you
Everywhere you look, yeah
When you're lost out there and you're all alone
A light is waiting to carry you home
Everywhere you look
